Looking for a new way to prepare your favorite, Nutrifam Instant Shirataki Rice? Try this nutritious Poke Bowl recipe prepared by our chef Ciara. It’s low-carb so no need to be very conscious with your rice portion. It’s basically everyone’s dream, right? Go grab a bite!
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Nutrifam Instant Shirataki Rice (rinsed)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Nutrifam Coconut Sugar
- 1 cheek mango (cubed)
- ½ julienned Japanese cucumber
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp Japanese mayo
- 1 tbsp samjang
- 1tsp calamansi juice
- 150g sushi grade salmon (cubed)
Procedure:
- Pat dry shiratake rice. Once dried, mix together Nutrifam Instant Shirataki Rice, rice vinegar and Nutrifam Coconut Sugar in a bowl and allow for rice to absorb liquids (about 5-10 mins).
- While waiting for rice to absorb liquids, make sauce. In a small bowl, mix in gochujang, samjang, calamansi juice and mayonnaise together, set aside.
- Once sushi rice is done, put it in a serving bowl, top rice with salmon, mango and cucumber. You can add scallions and furikake for garnish. Enjoy!
