Can’t think of a new topping for your yogurt? How about a pineapple salsa? Here’s a new recipe that will surely be one of your go-to toppings for your yogurt. Give it a try!
Yield: 7 servings
- 1 cup cubed pineapple
- 2 tbsp Nutrifam Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- In a pan, in medium heat, mix together pineapple, lime juice, strawberries and Nutrifam Coconut Sugar together, cook until syrupy (about 5-10 mins). Let cool and set aside
- Top it on your favorite yoghurt and add cinnamon. Enjoy!
