Curry Noodle Soup. This recipe is absolutely what you need this rainy season. Our Nutrifam Instant Shirataki Pasta makes it healthier, it’s low-calorie and low-carb.
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 packs Nutrifam Instant Shirataki Pasta (rinsed)
- 4 cloves sliced garlic
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 4 cups water
- 1 can coconut milk
- 80g carrot (peeled to ressemble the thinness of noodles)
- 80g cucumber (peeled to ressemble the thinness of noodles)
- Cilantro
- Enoki Mushroom
- 250g peeled and deveined shrimps (seasoned with salt and pepper)
Procedure:
- In heavy bottom pan or wok, sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper and enoki mushrooms until onion is transparent. Add in curry powder, water, chicken cube and lemongrass. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add in shrimps and poach until shrimps turn pink.
- Add in Nutrifam Instant Shirataki Pasta.
- In a serving bowl, combine noodles, soup, carrots and cucumber together. Top with shrimp and cilantro. Enjoy!
