INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups cooked Nutrifam White Quinoa
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- Diced carrots
- Broccoli
- Red & green bellpepper, diced
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
DIRECTIONS:
- In a pan add olive oil. Saute garlic and onion. Add Diced Carrot and Let it soften.
- Add Brocolli and red bell pepper.
- Add the cooked quinoa and mix with the sauce.
- Top with spring onions.
