Add some joy to your Tapsilog breakfast with this super healthy rice alternative. Here’s a quick & easy Fried Garlic Quinoa recipe using Nutrifam White Quinoa.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups cooked Nutrifam White Quinoa
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Diced carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Red & green bellpepper, diced

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a pan add olive oil. Saute garlic and onion. Add Diced Carrot and Let it soften.
  2. Add Brocolli and red bell pepper.
  3. Add the cooked quinoa and mix with the sauce.
  4. Top with spring onions.
